The Easysae® System allows you to design production lines, workstations and, in general, workplaces that are ergonomic on the one hand, i.e. promoting the well-being of operators, and on the other hand capable of increasing productivity within the company.
Arranging the logistic chain based on the Lean principles does not only mean drastically reducing the costs due to useless handling of materials and operators but also optimising the spaces.
The Visual Management category includes all those products capable of creating a working environment in which production, logistics and offices speak for themselves.

Define the position of products and equipment, the status of a product, the areas where material handling equipment moves, pedestrian walkways or emergency exits using the flow marking

Our manual assembly lines are designed to ensure production in which parts flow through the entire production system without intermediate storage or stockpiles. Assembly lines organised in this way can be converted quickly.

Electrically or manually height-adjustable workbenches that adapt to the operator’s height. Available in standard sizes or customised to meet all production requirements.

In the dynamic ecosystem of Lean Production, where efficiency, waste reduction and continuous flow are imperative, customised equipment emerges as a key element for success. Far from being standardised, generic solutions, this equipment is meticulously designed and tailor-made to meet the specific needs of a given production process, workstation or material flow.

Reduce transportation times, optimize space, and pick up materials using method.

If your company strives for operational excellence and the elimination of waste, effective internal logistics and well-organised ergonomic workstations are key elements. Fomir Srl meets this requirement with manual assembly lines based on the Fly-System and M-System modular systems, designed to embody Lean Production principles and promote continuous improvement. Our assembly lines are not merely workbenches lined up side by side; they are modular, dynamic systems designed to support the value stream and minimise the seven types of waste (Muda) identified in Lean Production.

The handling of workpiece pallets between stations is manual and flexible, ensuring maximum control and complete reconfigurability. Guides fixed to the workbenches allow the operator to easily push the pallet to the next station, ensuring a continuous flow without the need for expensive fixed conveyor belts.
Key advantage: immediately reconfigurable. Thanks to its modular structure, if production volumes, process requirements or products change, the line can be quickly dismantled and reconfigured. Switching from a U-shaped to a straight line, or adding and removing workstations, is a quick and easy internal process, ensuring operational agility and continuous improvement.
